Ordered the Cd the first part of March and thought that was all I was ordering and noticed some fine print at the bottom of the page after I had already provided my credit card information. Anyways, I didn't think to much about it until I noticed I was billed for $59.90 and asked myself (What's this?).
After that I submitted a ticket asking that I not be charged for any products and or services provided by TheSellersLounge and never received a response. Tried to call the 801 number a couple of times and had a lady on the phone which she then put me immediately on hold. So I wait for like 15 minutes and finally hung up and thought (I'll call back later!).
Next time I called heard a message telling me all the operators were busy and that's when I decided to submit a ticket asking to cancel my membership and for a refund for any monies owed to me at that point. Needless to say I never received a response and was billed again on the 16th of May. Contacted my financial institution this morning and they are going to send me a form to file for a refund from TheSellersLounge. I also submitted another ticket to them asking for an immediate refund. Let's see what happens!
By the way, the CD I received was very poor quality and kept cutting out most of the time when the support team or whatever you want to call them was speaking. Really didn't feel the information provided was of any real help. Did they say their website address would appear at the end of the CD?
I must have missed that! I think the whole company is just a scam and their from American Fork. This is America isn't it and I don't feel we should be ripping off our fellow citizens!
