I just off the phone for the fourth time at 1-800-411-7846 and all they do is keep trying to keep me. I say no I want my 5 month's refunded to me and they always say it takes at least 2 billing statement for the credit, but has been6 statments. I talked to a lady named, "Milyka" this time and she could barely speak english which annoys me too. Her worker # is 16186. I will never do anything like this again. How do we let this happen?
