When I was checking my online statement which I do almost daily, I found a charge for 14.95 that said Shopping Essentials and 800 number I called the number and the operator whom I could barely hear or understand informed me that the customer service center was down due to the hurricaine and gave me an email address to email my complaint to. This site helped me understand Shopping Essentials better. I contacted my bank who fortunatly has said they will take care of. I'm just wondering how they got my debit card number???
