Called Dell tosee where my $200 gift card promised to me at time of purchase back in December was. The first hard to understand customer service female said: Oh that expired on March 31st sorry you don't get it now" When asked if a could get a credit since I was entitled to the rebate card I was laughed at then put on hold, waiting over five minutes then she got back on and said no. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told no they would tell me the same thing. I explained I do work for customer service myself and I wanted a supervisor and she placed me on hold and ended the call.
I called back a second time and low and behold I got the same broken english female asking again for the same thing she laughed at me, which upset me to know end when asked to speak with a sup again I was placed on hold and hung up on... I would Never Ever purchase anything from Dell again because of the customer service. As I staqted I work for a major cable company and if I were to have talked and treated a customer lke I was treated I would not be employeed anyl onger. How many other people are out there being cheated from Dell on rebates? This is why they are a billion doller company and they just don't care they just keep cheating the consumer.
