Took my money from the account in one day, its been over 4 weeks have not receive the merchanise, cannot contact throught email or telephone

I ordered The Amazing Foot Detoxification Pads 30 Day Detox over 4 weeks ago as seen on TV, web site Office-tv-online.net. They sent me two emails, one showing the item order and mailing address and cost. The second with a refernce no. 9578194 cost of item, shipping and total taken from the account of $40.94. Item cost 29.99, shipping 10.95. When I called the number to inquiry about shipping info, the number given 631-284-3226, the recording is "the mailbox is full, you cannot leave a message for this person". I went on the website and got a number to call, you cannot get through to a live person, you must leave a message no one return your calls. I tired going on the website today, June 3, the website is gone. When you try locating the website through google, you get the ordering website for the detox pads. Home and contact is go good. I ran across a link where you can request more info on this website. This is where I was reading about how this website is a ripoff. I checked my acoount to get a number but it is listed as (Official T.V. Online 84505/02Official), no telephone number to call. Why would they show stuff like this on TV if it is not true?
