I was given a Circuit City Gift Card as a gift. When I tried to use it to make an on-line purchase the number on the gift card was rejected. After several calls to "customer support" I was finally able to order the DVD movie from them. When the movie arrived, it would only play halfway and then it would freeze. I tried the disk in all three players that I own, just to make sure that it wasn't the DVD player and then called "Customer Service" to ask for a RA. After going through several different people, all of whom had a very poor grasp of English, I was told that I couldn't return the movie as faulty since I'd opened it already. When I finally got ahold of a supervisor and asked how I was supposed to find out that I had a faulty disk with out opening the package, he became very rude and disconnected me. I called back and informed the people at "Customer Service" that I would be notifying the state Att. General's office of their scam, they said they'd e-mail me a RA number. I haven't heard from them since and will never do any type of business with them again.
