I received a $50.gift card (from e-Rewards) to use on-line for Forzieri. It was stipulated that the amount could be used for a purchase over $125.
I tried to make a $160. Purchase of a sale necklace, but the gift card was repeatedly rejected.
When I finally reached Customer Service, I was told that the gift card could not be used for the purchase of a sale item, and that this was specified on the web-site.
I reviewed the FAQ section of the web-site and the extensive section on the redemption of gift cards does NOT address the issue of sale items.
Furthermore, I'd contacted Customer Service 2 days prior to make certain that I could purchase this sale item, using the gift card. My email still remains unanswered 3 days later. Although the promised response time is 24 hours and 48 hours on weekends.
