Stole money by charging my credit card with NEVER talking to me EVER!

I noticed a small charge on my credit card statement. I didn't think anything of it, it was small enough I figured it could've been some sort of credit card charge. I NEVER used my credit card. It was paid off and not used. The next month I noticed another charge, this time for $39.95. I called my credit card company to dispute. The next month another, and another and another. It kept going. I was pissed! I tried calling the company directly after finally finding out who they were and always got a recording saying the mailbox was full, so I could never leave a message. Finally, today I found them online and got a new phone number. I called them and told them how my credit card was getting charged and asked what service they even provide. Long distance. I don't even have a phone. I have a cell phone with all the long distance I could ever want. There was NO WAY I would have ever purchased their product. The service rep then asked if I was married, I said yes, then she told me it was my spouse that ordered the service. My husband was right there and began to speak to the rep. WE DON'T HAVE A PHONE LINE!!! He argued with the rep. She told him they have a recording of him ordering the service. When we insisted to hear the recording she said she couldn't find it... Imagine that! I am so angry with this bogus company! What really scares me is where did they get my credit card number? They didn't even know my name! We will sue if nothing happens with the disputed charges.
