I recieved two discs in a row that were dirty. I contacted Nerflix and asked them to cancel my subscription.
I have never seen a company bend over backwards to try and please me, and get me to stay with them as a customer. They offered a refund and also free movies, but I was in a bad mood and didn't accept their offers.
After about 6 months without doing business with them, I figured I needed their movies more than they needed my lousy few bucks a month and returned as a customer... A happy customer. They are one company who cares...
