We have been Netflix customers for the past four years and have never had problems with them. Even if a movie is lost in the mail, you simply report it, and they just send you a new one. During our most recent move, my husband and I were certain we returned all of the movies, and when one didn't get to Netflix, we reported it missing in the mail. After unpacking, we found it and sent it in. Even when it was our fault, Netflix took care of it. I cannot recommend them enough.
