Lift order the free trial for $4.95 and my bank was charge $10.95 and $31.97 for a refinding mask that i did not order. Mn internet

I had order the free trial for 14 days and it said to just pay for the shipping of $4.95. I was charge double of $10.95 plus the charging on a refinding mask that I didn't even order. I have to wait 7 to 14 days to get my account credit back. They are a shitty company with full of bullshit. They should be out of business. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
