I ordered the free trial and the conditions stated I had 14 days to cancel the trial. Imagine my surprise when I opened my bank account 11 days later and found a charge of $148.00 for the Lift Vapor Cigarette company on my account. I called up to complain and got a worker who spent 20 minutes talking over me every time I tried to voice my objection to the early charging of my account. The only solution they were willing to offer me was to reduce the charge to $45.00 which I refused. She then stated that it would take 2-3 weeks to send me a refund after I returned their "free trial" cigarette that I already paid a shipping charge for. I'm going to my bank and stopping payment on this account.
