NTR collects all of its exoribtant fees upfront before providing service promised, or the fee in two increments within 6 weeks after the initiial hire date at a 5% finance cost. They only accept calls from clients, once services have been retained, at specified convenient NTR times, i.E., between 1PM & 5PM. They expect the client to prepare the necessary penalty abatement letters, or other documents necessary for the client's defense. NTR's follow up is poor, as they respond very late to inquiries made by clients. They do not attend any Tax or court Hearings. The merchant services promised are not received.
