This company sold an unfinished condo with many promises. They left without finishing the work. What they did finish was a poor display that held up just long enough for them to go into hiding.
They claim no responsibility to finish the work. Legally, there was no guarantee they had to do anything well. Their work does not meet city codes. It certainly won't hold up over time.
The roof was not repaired/finished. (Some rehab!) The cement walkways are cracked and appear to be less than an inch thick in some places.interior and exterior work has fallen apart within less than a year. If you are looking to buy from them, don't forget to kick the tires, the place might fall down!
