I bought a house from this company only to find myself with a lot of problems with unfinished or very poor work. The administrator of the company, HAISSAM Karhani is incompetent and has absolutely no experience in construction or management. He has lied to me on numerous occasions. Now we live on a pile of dust because he has stopped the work so the landscape is not done and the stairs outside are terrible. This is a row of 4 town houses that is held in co-ownership but because only 4 out of 15 houses are built, we cannot have a condo association therefore have very little recourse with the apchq.
