Solar Realty Management of NYC, AKA Luca Capin is without a doubt the most dishonest landlord that I have ever come across. Don't take my word for it... If you are considering moving into one of the buildings either owned or managed my Solar Realty Management I would respectfully suggest that you randomly select a few tenants to speak with about their experience with this slumlord/con-group. Although some of their work may look great it is not only poorly constructed but usually done with unlicensed labor and many times dangerous. When you ask them to repair something it almost never gets done and when it does it takes forever. Their con-group accounting practices are well known among their tenants and they usually make their way into your life within days of signing your lease. Do not rent anything from them if you don't want to get screwed over... But it is the only way they know how to do business.
