Supposed lottery claim of unclaimed funds. Sends a check to an individual for the shipping, handling fees of winnings

I am filling a claim to a rip-off of supposed lottery winning and being sent a check via mail for the handling and shipping fees of said winnings. I researched the bank and company ONLINE SEARCH, BEFORE DEPOSITING IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I have had similar scams sent to me in the past. BUT THOSE WHO are not aware of these Scams would think this is legitimate. Especially since the letter discusses following the law in this matter.
