In September of I cancelled my membership with NSBA within a week of purchasing it. I was told it would take 30 days for the full refund. I called customer service at the end of October to check on the refund, I was told they are processing the refund.
I call again in November, I was told to contact Diane D'Orlando in the main office with any questions. I contacted her and she told me that the company was a little behind on the refunds due to the fact that they had a large fraud issue, so it would take them probably till December.
I contacted Mr. Mario by e-mail and by phone, I did not receive neither an e-mail or a phone contact. I then, re-contacted Ms. D'Orlando and she told me that I have been very patient and she really appreciates it and that it would take another month. This time frame puts us now in February.
Since that time, I have tried to re-contact Ms. D'Orlando and Mr. Mario and I have not received an answer from neither and now the direct phone line to Ms. D'Orlando goes right to the mailbox. It is now May 1 and a lawsuit is in the making. I think it would be more costly than to return the activation fees and interest occured during this period of time.
