I have been waiting for my refund check since February and it is now April. I have phoned their Customer Service department several times only to hear the same excuse, "backlogged and will advise the Supervisor". I am also told that they will look into and call me back, of course there is never a CALL BACK. I was given the Supervisors telephone number only to get a recording that the "mailbox is full." Well, I'm sure it is!!! I phoned the President Dennis Mario at 8:30 A.M. Only to get a voice recording stating that the office doesn't open until 8:00 A.M. Which means he hasn't gotten out of bed yet because he should have been open 30 minutes ago.
I have searched this business online (only a little too late), nevertheless, the first thing that comes up on NSBA is complaints regarding scams and rip-offs. I would like to receive my refund asap!!!
