Does not give a contact address or phone # and is monthly charging my card for tea I cannot cancel

A pop-up ad came online onthe Comcast.net ISP for "weight loss tea" Free two month sample for shipping cost, after if yu choose, an automatic shipment for $29.95 plus shipping. They called me to confirm cc# but I tried to rturn the call right back to them and the call wasn't workable. I didn't save the number. The tea came and it was ordinary oolong tea. The box Wu-Yi Tea had no company name, address or any contact info and the shipping box included no packing slip or invoice. They started sending my email 'tips on losing weight' by Nikki but the address was undeliverable for email in response. Nonetheless, I sent them a notice right away to NOT send any further tea or correspondence. Today, another email showed up, advising me that my shipment had been sent, my card charged which put me over my bank limit so now I have about a $35 charge for tea and $35 charge from my bank for charging on an empty account. I have a UPS tracking number but shipment comes from Your fulfillment with no address etc. There will be no way to stop these people unless I have a way to contact them.

A TOTAL RIP-OFF that GOING TO CONTINUE. My bank card attached to my checking cannot stop an automatic charge. H e l p?
