This company is a ripoff. They set you up for autoship and provide you with no contact information or account #'s. They are nearly impossible to get in touch with to cancel. The tea is a low grade Oolong tea that is available in any grocery store at a fraction of the cost. It does not help you loose weight only money.
I contacted the company via online chat, the following is a copy of the transcript:

As per the Terms and Conditions which you indicated that you had read and agreed to before placing your initial order, you have been charged the first of three discounted monthly installments of $29.95 a one-time shipping fee of $4.95 (totaling $34.90) for the three month supply of premium slimming tea which has been sent to you. You will be charged the final two installments, once each month, which you will see on your next two monthly Credit Card statements as just $29.95, and then nothing after that. Again, I have successfully cancelled all future shipments on your account.

Do not attempt to charge me. Your company has also been reported to my states Attorney General for internet fraud and the FBI. Other people have had the some problem and we will not allow you to continue to charge for a product we do not want. Per your own "guarantee".
