Original order was shipping only $4.95. Fine print said if not satisfied, could call number listed and cancel automatic shipment and billing.
Tried to cancel after first payment ($89.95), went onto website and went to "cancel automatic shipment" area. Tried to click button to cancel, pop up came up advising "not able to cancel at this time, please try again". Tried several times, got same result. Tried calling, was on hold ranging from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. No one answered phone. Tried emailing, no response.
They have now charged my account another $96.40. Had to cancel card to stop payments. I have emailed asking for refund of second payment, so far still no response. I keep trying the number provided and no one ever comes to the phone.
