I am yet another victim of this fraudulent company. After applying for the FREE trial stating that I would be charged $4.95 for shipping - I was charged $6.95 for my first shipment.
Even though I canceled the auto-shipment the following week, along with my Living Lean subscription, I was billed another $29.95. That shipment didn't actually ship out until 11 days AFTER I was charged. Within 2 weeks of that $29.95 billing, I was billed another $34.90. Within one month of that, another $29.95 hit my account.
After many e-mails and phone calls with them, the company says that the terms and conditions state that 3 shipments will continue to be billed even though you've canceled. That is not so! I should have canceled that card immediately, but I had no idea what was to come.
So, to date, I have been billed $101.75 for simple, everyday Oolong tea and haven't lost any weight. Lesson learned!
Please do not deal with this company and SOMEBODY please stop them from doing business.
