I went in to this dealership gave them my 500.00 cash! And i left when they wouldnt lower the prices, then got called back in by the GM and he said i will do everything i can and get to in a car with ur 500 down and 336 a month!!! I said ok and we walk back in, they said they got a bank to approve it so i drove off.
Few days later i go into finance to sign paperwork and he says they want 1200 more down!!! So i then said well if i get a co signer this should help they agree and for some reaason im still having their finance guy talking back and forth with the sales team! So I left and they procces it and now im in the car for about a week now.
They call ok we got a approval come in so sign paperwork.
So i go in after work on a monday 4:30 and he tell me ok we got your co signer on WE NOW need 2000.00 more down!!! Can you believe them just by myself the wanted a total of 1700 then after i get a cosigner the want 2500 now!!! Cause remmber i had already gave them 500.00.. So i tell them no and they send in sales people in their finance dept and keep asking me for more money and leaving me in their office for 2hrs waiting! So its 630pm now i demand for my 500 back and they tell me well our accounting dept is close we cant get your money!!!
Im so mad at this time i have to find a ride home back to my kids and these guys wont give me my money back. The next day being a tuesday my and my husband go over there and the GM tells me im sending off your refund request today im sorry it wasnt sent yesterday no one was here to do it it WILL be ready tomorrow 1 pm u have my word!!! Cant believe this!!! I just spent 10$ on the bus and 4 hrs of my day wasted to hear this crap! So i say ok i will be back tomorrow at 1pm...
So i call wednesday 1pm ask to be sent to accounting so i can deal with them instead of sale people i leve her a VM name brook, and no she doesnt call me back. So i call again 30min later and speak to mike, jc and several others!!! Being place on hold or mute just basicly being tranfered around!!! I then speak with JC and he tells me that the accounting dept is down they are having system problems and cant write anychecks!!! So i ask for Mr shimp (GM) i believe his name was they say he was busy with someone else! Then JC tells me im the boss of everyone here and ur just gonna have to wait. I then ask for the mainguy his boss he tells me well his name is muhamad kahil! I wonder if that even a real name i heard him giggling.
At this time I was so angry, hurt, lost I told him for one sec think out side ur job i need to look for another car and your comp has my money and I cant get to work i have 2 kids and i need the $ back. He says well i cant do nothing. You will get a call back when its ready! So im all cried out. The next day is today its thursday still no call? I will be calling back today!!
