My mom experienced she'd to sign the paper or the salesman wouldn't keep — our mom is 77 yrs old. She said she'd say no and he just kept talking and speaking. I approached the greater business bureau plus they didn't support whatsoever. I approached the so-called primary office and was told to bad she'll need to honor the contract whilst the salesman had been paid. I subsequently did send a letter to the attorney general in south dakota and co. I intend on faxing them everyday till i notice back from their website. Somehow these folks have to be stopped from benefiting from people. (incidentally she cant even make use of the vacumn as she can put it together.)
