I ordered this item and was under the assumption that you get a 30 day trial before paying. Immediately after placing my order the withdrawal was reflected in my account. I didnt have a problem with that if the product would have worked. I received the item and it was relatively easy to install, and downloaded the upgrade (magic fix) but I had a problem with the audio from day 1. I went thru the tech support chat and after an hour or so I decided to give it up for the day. Returned to the chat and went thru all the steps again and was informed that I needed an ac powered usb hub which would resolve my issue. It didnt. I spent another couple hours in the chat going thru all the steps I had been thru about 20 times and finally asked for a replacement. Went to the RMA link and submitted for an RRMA number and returned the defective item to magicjack. It has been over 3 weeks now and they are saying they havent received the returned item whem my records show it being delivered on 03/27. So I guess they have just ripped me off for the price of a magic jack and this seems like a profitable way for them to get rich quick. If several thousand people respond to their ad and get ripped off for a 5.00 piece of crap then they have made a killing. Beware of this company as I think they are sort term to rip you off.
