I followed the instructions and it took me 2 weeks to get someone on the phone due to convenient disconnections, message machines, left on hold many times for over 30 minutes. Their recording says "due to the volume of calls we are experiencing technical difficulty, if that happens please call back." I finally got in contact with someone on the 19th day. I canceled and she said "no matter what" I will be billed and I had 10 days to return the unused portion of the product and I will be refunded. I had to ask her for the RMA# (she never offered) I live in Tampa and also offered to drop it off, she felt uneasy and talked me out of it. I mailed it off the next day and they received it.
I called today about my refund. Jason, my rep chastised me when I asked about my refund. He made the rude comment. "are you really that desperate for the money? I started crying telling him that as a matter of fact I am. I am disabled, I do not have an income at this time and I had to cancel a doctors appointment because I did not have the money. He said they needed to wait for the paperwork from Florida and then contradicted himself by saying it would take 3-5 business days for the refund. He started laughing and continued to put me down.
He then told me that they do not have to refund the money within any certain amount of time. He kept saying that when they receive the merchandise they will refund the money. I told him they already received it, He said the same thing again and I told him it was received. He said"get some q-tips and clean out my ears. "The people in the background started laughing. I was so upset about being laughed at.
I then told him there are already so many complaints against the company. I was going to put in a formal complaint with the postal inspector and the attorney general since they think it is so funny. He said they are just a call center and there are 30 people there. I told him they are still representatives of the company. He started yelling about how rude I was and I terminated the call and disputed the charge with the bank.
