The Imperial Touch website under the "Amady" corporation offers a wide array of beauty products but fails to deliver anything but headache and heartache. They have horrible customer service, never answer their phones and the second they get your money online or over the phone, you'll probably never hear from them again.
Never do business with this company becaue they are thieves of the highest order.
I ordered products from them and not only have i never received them, they won't even answer the phone or return my calls for a refund.
The website is constructed in a way that you's think they were aprofessional outfit but buyer beware. You will never get the common courtesy of a phone call about your mysteriously missing order because they are thieves and apparently never have any intentions on sending you out the product in the first place.
I am notifying the BBB, Secretary of state and taking out a warrant on the CEO for theft by deception as soon as the sun hits the left corner of my home. They are unprofesional, not dedicated towards customer service and generally disinterested in anything but getting your money and forgetting about you. Most people probably just fade away but this time, they got the right one!
I've contacted the media as well as newspaper outlets and will expose them in a way that the will soon never forget. They are a rip off!
Beware of imperial touch products and Amady.
