I have ordered this product before and went with the special price to order 2. This time, when I ordered, they did not answer their phone but called back later. Again, I ordered 2, received only 1 and have not been able to get "customer service" to answer their phones, even after letting them ring for over an hour. They also talked me into looking over some online programs for 14 days which I could cancel at any time during that time period or pay $16.95/month. How do you cancel something when you can't get them to answer the phone? Needless to say, I will be changing my credit card number immediately so I won't be billed anything more.
