I leased a house from this individual in Tampa Fl in April. After living there for less than one month, the house was foreclosed. Having not paid the mortgage for 2 months prior to leasing the property to me, In my opinion was fraud. The rental payments recieved by him for the time we lived there were not paid on the mortgage. (This is indicated in the mortgage paperwork provided to me by the company that held the mortgage.)
I lost all funds attributed to moving expenses, security deposit, rent and had to invest more money to relocate, secuirty deposity and first months rent.
