Failure to receive goods and nil response to emails

I bought the 3Rd Watch DVD sequence in Jan and also have never obtained the products or reaction to emails concerning the disappointment to get the DVDs. I've created numerous efforts to get hold of the organization and also have obtained recommend in the Division of Fair Trading regarding just how to declare my cash back. The corporation was marketed on EBAY and created numerous fake claims and guarantees. I really hope noone else may fall prey for this organization!
