ULC Webdesigns - ULC Solutions - Scott Rogan
Unauthorized charge of $11.89 to my BOTW mastercard

ULC Webdesign, presumably associated with ULC Solutions and Scott Rogan, posted an unauthorized $11.89 charge to my Bank of The West Mastercard on 17 March. Not only did I not authorize the charge, I also know nothing about the company, and have since read that it is a scam in which other people have fallen victim.

The only unequivocal evidence of this fraudulent business' identification and unlawful act is the information I have as reference from my Bank of The West checking account's online "Account Details" page. That evidence appeared in my online record as follows:
