Ripoff Made fraudulent $19.55 charge on my credit, debit card on 12/27

On 27 Dec. a $9.55 charge from RSI Products in Ocean City appeared on the online statement provided by my bank's website. I have never done business with this company.

I emailed my bank and rec'd a reply stating that the charge was put through on my checking-account Mastercard, which is actually a debit card. The bank suggested I cancel the card, which I did.

I am now in the process of disputing the charge. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Maryland.
