She never graduated high school, so she has no art training no college then all of a sudden tells you, your bill is 40 hours at $50 an hour!!!
Irene Decook lied and cheated me on the bill she gave me.
She thought because i had a business that i was rich and would pay whatever she asked for.
She set up my shopping cart with paypal so she had to set up my paypal account, asked me for my checking account info, went into my checking account and later told me my balance and my personal account info.
She dishonestly stoled my personal info while i was paying her an unknowningly $50 an hour.
The website was Terrible. She does not know how to use Flash as she had to call a friend of mine to ask him how the program works.

She stoled my personal info, my identity she ruined with an ugly website.
She is a con woman. She conned me into having her do my website when She doesn't know how to do web site art.
She lied about the hours she worked on my site.
She cheated me out of $50 an hour.
She didn't spend more than 3 hours working on my site.
She didn't even list anything for sale.
She stoled money from me claiming that she worked $50 an hour on my website.
She couldn't tell me why it took 40 hours, she said that was her business.
She lies about the hours, Irene Stoled my money and my personal info.
The art she put on it was so elementary, and out of date.
She is very unproffessional, she scammed me out of $5000 doing my website.
She is Not to be Trusted. Do not hire her. She lets her mentally ill daughter, whom she had committed to the mental hospital last year many times, work on your site. Even though you are under the impression that you hired Irene.
When i asked about this Snarla growled and attacked me. They are dependant on unperscribed drugs, unproffesional non artistic and a bad dealing is had with Irene and Darla DeCook.
Beware Irene DeCook is a con woman out to get your money. If she thinks you have money she will rip you off and lie to you about the number of hours she worked on your website and give you terrible art. She wasted my money time and made my website look very unprofessional. Then you tell her this and she locks it up.
By the way, she was charging me $225 a year for go daddy for webhosting and if you go to the godaddy.com website, it is $9.95 a year and as i said she was charging me $225 a year. She ripped me off nearly $214.95 a year.
Can you believe what Irene DeCook did to my website. She is a blatant rip off and I want everyone to know that hired her or might hire her that she is a very unprofessional blatant ripoff.
