I purchased a 2 bedroom lock out to be used on odd years, to get me to put the full downpayment the sales mgr. Promised a "free" week that i could use this spring break. I had already had a trip planned to take my children back home to florida. My mother had passed away a couple of monthes ago and i wanted to take the kids home and be in our church for Easter, this is why i was not going to buy this year i had saved my money for vacation.
When the sales mgr Lisa Wilson said if i go ahead and give you a "free" week you can use for spring break, if you put full down payment down today i thought it would be fine, the resort had a water park, and riding stables most of the things that we would be doing in florida. Then when we went to close i found out that i had to pay $729 in maintance fees prior to using my"free" week, i told them NO NO NO I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS!!!
Then the closer Cihan Kocer called Lisa Willson into his office, and stated that she would do whatever she had to do so that i did not change my mind. She then said that she would speak to her boss and promo owner nights to me so that my children still had a vacation. We can only vacation over spring break, because i have son that is in high schooll football and conditions all summer long. After retuning home she was to call and let me know what she had worked out.
When 4 days had gone by and i had heard nothing i started calling to get my refund no one would call me back until after the 10 day period had passed. I want my money back now i have no vacation money and nowhere to take my children
