I just received a call from this place, claiming to have important information about the rates on my credit cards, which they could not have because I don't have any credit cards. The call showed up as private on my caller ID (first violation - they must identilfy themselves), did not offer a way to be removed from their call list, even after I asked (second violation - my sister worked in telecommunications, if you ask to be removed from their calling list they must honor your request), and when I asked to be removed from their call list, the woman on the phone just hung up!!
