Whatever the "employees" of this opportunistic and unscrupulous enterprise have to say in its defense is irrelevant. The fact of the matter remains that, despite having been requested to remove numerous cell phone numbers from its calling lists, this group of people refuses to comply, running up cell phone and voicemail bills across the country. I've been called twice within the past six months by this enterprise, both times while I've been busy (so the calls would almost interrupt my busy schedule - for potentially lost productivity alone, I would have a case against these malicious people), and both times I called back only to get a recording telling me to call some 800 number. Having done that (twice) I followed the recorded menu to the option that requested that my number be added to this group's "Do Not Call" list.
Third time's a charm - if I get another call, and I am going to sue this company into the ground for all it's worth. I'm sure my cell phone company has records of calls I've received, as well as the calls I've made to the 800 number, and therefore I have enough evidence at least to get my case heard.
At no time did I have any subscriptions, with this company or any other, and therefore, I have reason to suspect that my cell phone number was obtained illegally or at least through questionable means, as I try my best to keep knowledge of my number limited to personal contacts and only the most important Internet access points (i.E. Online banking, online school databases, and the like).
This "company" needs to be brought down for good, for the good of all consumers nationwide. I know this isn't the first time they've been complained about; if I don't destroy them, it won't be the last, as these low-lifes (maybe the employees themselves aren't since they may not be aware of how their "company" gets access to so much information) have clearly shown that they simply don't care and only put up the appearance of caring with dead-end phone numbers and nonexistent "do not call" lists.
