Warning. Do not use your paypal card to pay for anything at Target stores. I did not see the fine print apparently and when you make a return you do not get credit back to your charge account or your bank account. You only get a Target gift card so you have to shop there. I do not know of any other store that does this. I use Paypal all the time on Ebay and love it. I feel like they stole my money. I will never shop at Target again. Unfortunately I had placed another order online two days ago and they said oops too late to cancel. Another Target gift card. What a ripoff to not give you your money back the same way you paid..
