Made unauthorized charges to my bank account. 9.95 every month four for months Phoenix arizona

This company ripped me off since 11.9.95 every month, when asked to refund my money they first said they would give a 1 month refund. I told them i never viewd it and it was unauthorized they gave me 2 monyhs. That is bull and they know it. Angelag
