Great Fun - Trilegiant Corporation
Unauthorized Chareges made by company associated with Priceline.com - discovered only when I balanced my bank account

On September 19, I made a purchase via Priceline.com Soon thereafter I began receiving email about my Great Fun benefits. I had never signed up for any so called benefits so I marked these messages as spam and deleted the.

Now, 5 months later after a careful review of my bank transactions, I find I have been charged $11.99 a month by Great Fun aka Trilegiant Corporation. I never authorized these charges.

I just called customer service (1-800-214-6422) and was told that they would refund the past two months charges and cancel my service but that in order for me to receive a COMPLETE refund I must FAX them at 614-823-5124

I intend to followup with a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and also intend to bring this to the attention of priceline.com and will tell Priceline I will never do business with them again as long as they are associated with Trilegiant.
