I was given the Vista print company's link by a misguided friend who was trying to help me get some inexpensive business cards for our new Polymer Clay Guild.
I visited their site at Vista Print. I developed a business card and submitted payment information. I got my business cards very quickly, and was very pleased with their service.
Two months later, while reviewing my bank statement online, I noticed a Passport to Fun vendor as receiving a payment of $12.95. This sounded familiar to me, and I researched the prior month. There it was again. So I called my bank, they provided me with the number for Passport to Fun. I had to enter the information twice before I got to speak to anyone. Do you know when I DID finally get someone, they tried to sell me a package.
I listened to his schpiel, then firmly told him I was NOT interested, and would be very interested to know why they were taking unauthorized charges from my bank account. I politely demanded a refund. He processed my request, and I told him I thought that due to their charges my account had become overdrawn (but on further review I found this was not actually the case).
I was told they would issue me a refund of the past two months' charges.
We'll see.
