Scam. Charged unauthorized $250.00 direct from my bank account with repeated unsolicited product

I answered the promotional ad for a test of teeth whitener for around $4.00.instead of $4.00 they charged $86.00. I was checking my my bank statement and saw I had been charged around $250.00 for subsequent packs of teeth whitener. I had been out of the country when the second pack arrived and had passed the 10day trial time in order to get a refund.

I did not authorize any moneys to be taken from my account nor did I want the product.

This is the first time I have done this for any product so was not aware of the (hidden in tiny print) ways to hook an unsuspecting buyer... When I called the company I was treated with disdain and told I should read the small print and know what I was signing... As if I needed to be told! I am interested in a class action suit with people who have had the same experience with punitive damages to be awarded to stop these scams and others like them.
