Shoppingessent billed my credit card for an unauthorized amount

I found an unauthorized amount of $9.95 on my credit card bill. I immediately googled the part of the name on the bill, and was directed to this web site. I found a story of a similar charge filed by another person. It included what to do. I immediately contacted my credit card company. They filed a crdit dispute form for me over the phone, and told me not to pay the charge.
