EBay rip off artists, Karpinskis have the money AND my article

I won an article on eBay for $370 from user bambooblonde (Mark and Betty Karpinski) who claim to have sent the article but it has not been received. They claim the article was sent back to them and that is ALL they have to do; TRY mailing, FAIL mailing, OL KEEP article. I have their confession of fraud on ebay official correspondence. There logic is that they TRIED to mail it, FAILED to mail and their obligation ends at that. Go figure. They figure it's OK in their bambooblonde brain while I know it's FRAUD.

I have never experienced such a condescending approach to fairness, honesty and professionalism.
