I am writing in reference to Ebay Transaction #6116436468
Angel Season 5 Complete Set of Inkworks Cards with Promo purchased in Sept. From My Pop Store, an internet business at www.mypopstore.com and Ebay user name: mypopstore. The contact person's name is Mark Lugo.
A money order for $64.95 was sent on 9/15. This was a PRE-ORDER, payment sent in advance pending an early Oct. Ship date for the item. The item has never been received or a refund given. There has been no contact from the seller and no reply to several emails and one phone message.
As of today's date, mypopstore is no longer a registered user at Ebay-so sanctions have been taken against him by ebay. Many other ebay transactions have been defaulted on as well. If you view mypopstore's feedback on ebay you will see many complaints against him. Given the prolonged Pre-Order delivery delay, the expiration date has passed to recoup any loss from ebay.
