On Dec 2 I bid and won a white gold diamond sapphire ring from an Ebay seller called jewelrybyezra. On Dec 12 when I didn't receive it I emailed them. They replied with an order placed for my ring that day and said that it was shipped the day before. They gave me a USPS tracking # 01805213907589051916 and said wait 7 to 10 more business days. When I checked the # a few days later (after Ebay said they were no longer a registered user) it said "The US Postal Servive was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner December 07 to expect your package for mailing. No further information is available for this item." I emailed them a few times—no reply. Filed a complaint with Paypal and they sent the same bogus tracking number to them! Filed a complaint with Ebay but no longer registered user! Can't get insurance claim from post office because item was never sent!
