I was a former employee of Ambassador Media Group several months ago, and out of curiousity I conducted this search to see if they were still in business. I figured they were not, but I guess they've managed to pull the wool over enough people's eye's to stay in business. I usually do not like to be bothered with nonsense like this, but after reading the report I felt compelled to write and completely agree with this consumer complaints. It is 100% accurate. It is the truth that Ambassador skims a solid 30% to 40% off the top of your budget and then invests the rest of the budget into a simple google ad-words campaign.
Do yourself a favor, take your money and give it to Google, Yahoo, AOL, and MSN yourself. It's quite easy to do, and you'd be saving yourself a ton of money.
I would also like to confirm that there is no such thing as "conversion-based-optimization" This is their catch phrase that basically means that you are able track clicks on your website through their proxy server... Ummm guess what? You can do this through Google for free. It's included in their ad-words service.
I also agree that the majority of their employees are high-pressure sales people from the mortgage industry and while working there I did feel like I was in the movie "Boiler Room"
This company is a joke.
