Ambassador Collections without my consent or authorization took money out of my bank account twice in one day on 04/11.
I do not even know who Ambassador Collections is and I am very angry with this company or these people who disguise themselves as a collection company, have no permission to withdraw from my bank account and then not leave an address, location or phone number with my bank.
The only information my bank could give me was some kind of code number that was associated with the unauthorized withdrawal from Ambassador Collections.
