I answered an ad in the paper about a home for rent and then they told me to just simply give them my credit card number and i would have 30 days to authorize the charge. The next day i took a look at my bank account and saw the charge for 198.00. When i called them they stated they needed the number that i originally called from to inquire about the program so they can pull the recorded conversation and if indeed i was told that they will give me my refund. Well then they stated they had to call me back the next day. I never received a call from them. I decided to call back they told me the same thing and that they will call me back. Again no call back was received. I did this repeatedly for 2 weeks and asked for a supervisor and she stated she will call me back before noon the following day,
I never received a call and attempted to call her back she was never available and they stated it will be taken care of today and they never returned my calls or gave me my money back
