National Settlement Adjusters
Consumer Report

On Monday I received a call on my friends voice mail stating that I should call them back within three days are they would send a sherrif to my house. He said I had committed a fraud. This gentleman by the name of Jacob Kelly said i should call him right away. He called the house back and my friend gave me the phone. He stated that I had commited a fraud I did not pay Payday loan there payment this was from 2008. I needed to make a payment right away of 1400 or 980.00. I told him that I did not have that kind of money. Then he said well we have a hardship program that we can put you in which would be 115.40. Let talk to my superviser there was a pause then he came back to the phone stating that they could. He asked me if I had a credit card number I gave him my number my billing address and securty code off the back of the card. I kept asking if his company was a collection agency and he stated no. I explain to him that he could get into trouble for leaving that message on my friends voice he said he was sorry. Then he put me on the hold to speak to his supervisor she went over the information I gave Jacob Kelly which I think Is not his name. She stated that the money has to be in my account are I will be arrested. Jacob set up a 3Month hardship payment plan of 115.40 starting May 1st June 1st July 1st after this paid they would review my account. Then nothing was said about what would happen after that. I asked for the supervisor name she stated that her name was Agent Parker. I was a little immtimadated because my friend was complaining about people calling his home and he told me that I needed to talk to them they were calling from different phone numbers some were from different area codes
